An bit of reminder/ announcement

Don't worry its nothing bad. I simply wanted to address a matter before it springs up (which I know it will eventually). As most of you are aware, the fandom is in a complete uproar regarding the new "Lion Guard" TV movie coming out in a couple weeks. Some are against it, even siding with the idea that it should be Kopa and not Kion or what have you in the show. Some are over hyped over the prospect and likely getting your expectations set over it being the next best thing even though its likely suppose to be a cute kids show revolving around TLK. Some are even starting to include Kion and what little they've learned into their stories and trying work it in as best they can. Personally I'm optimistic and look forward to what it has to offer as a show and to the fantom. But I'm also reserving judgement until I actually see it, I've even tried to stay out of the whole debate thing cause I'm not into the drama it exhibits.
But that is not why I'm posting this journal. I'm here to talk about the show and what it will mean for my work. I've already stated it before but I have no intention of including Kion or anything else in "The Lion Guard" into my stories or universe. Its not I'm against it, as noted before I'm rather welcoming towards it. But the truth is that attempting to work that into my stories and universe would result in a massive over haul in most everything. And truthfully, I don't want to try that for something that I've already plotted out and is suppose to be a fun project. So if any one asks where Kion or anything related to "the Lion Guard" is in my verse, take my work to exist in a alternate reality from that. That way I can continue on with my plans unhindered and happy while Lion Guard can keep doing its thing. Also if anybody asks about this in the future, I can refer them to this journal.
